Evoluzione Srl is a diocesan organization, 50% owned by the Diocese of Assisi–Nocera Umbra–Gualdo Tadino and the Diocese of Foligno, which holds ownership of the Ospitalità Diocesana brand and its related licences.
Its mission is to safeguard the project’s values-based identity and strategic sustainability.
As the institutional arm, Evoluzione Srl is responsible for:
Representation: Serving as the point of connection between the Dioceses, the parishes, and the market.
Brand protection: Ensuring that every affiliated property complies with the brand’s ethical and quality standards.
Development: Coordinating the full implementation of real estate assets to ensure that proceeds are reinvested in the pastoral and social purposes of the local area, countering the decline in central resources and promoting the self-sufficiency of local communities.
We enhance ecclesiastical properties through services that create inclusion, work, and development for the local area.
The cooperative’s goal is to allocate its proceeds to the creation of new projects, while also keeping open the possibility of developing partnerships capable of supporting, promoting, and expanding the project’s reach over time.
